Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the inhabitants residing
between the lines as it at present exists, and the line intend-
ed to be established by this law, shall from and after the
passage of this act, be to all intents and purposes, citizens
of the fourth election district of Allegany county, any other
provisions existing heretofore to the contrary, notwithstand-
ing.
