Resolution in favor of Lieut. P. W. Lowry.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Adjutant General of this State furnish to Lieutenant P.
W. Lowry, Lieutenant Commanding the National Guards of
the city of Baltimore, fifty white glazed leather body belts,
fifty black glazed leather cartridge boxes and fifty bayonet
scabbards, on the condition that the said Lieutenant P. W.
Lowry will give security for the return of the same.

Resolution in favor of William M'Neir.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer of the western shore pay to William M'Neir
or order, one thousand dollars on account of the printing of
the journal of the senate and laws of the present session.

No. 43.
Resolution in favor of Captain Richard Lilly.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Adjutant General of the State of Maryland, Furnish to
Captain Richard Lilly of the Independent Blues of the city
of Baltimore, one hundred muskets of Harper's Ferry Man-
ufacture of eighteen hundred and forty-one, and the same
number of white glazed leather body belts, also one hun-
dred black glazed leather cartridge boxes, and the same
number of bayonet scabbards, on condition that said Lilly
give security for the return of the same; provided, the said
Richard Lilly shall first return to the Adjutant General the
arms and accoutrements in his possession which belong to
the State.
