No. 21.
Resolution authorizing the Adjutant General to furnish
Captain Lambert D. Nowland with arms, &c.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
he adjutant general of this State, be and he is hereby au-
thorized to furnish Captain Lambert D. Nowland, of the
Cecil Greys, with fifty new muskets and accoutrements, to
match, on his giving bond for the safe keeping and return
of the same.

No. 22.
Resolution authorizing the Adjutant General to furnish
Captain Isaac Brower, with arras, &c.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the adjutant general of this State, be and he is directed to
furnish to the order of Captain Isaac Brower, of Frederick
county, for the use of his company, eleven new rifles with
he necessary accoutrements, and the necessary fixtures and
accoutrements for fifty more, by his giving satisfactory se-
curity for the same.

No. 23.
Resolutions in favor of Margaret King's Administrators.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
resolution number seven, of the extra session of eighteen
hundred and forty-one, in Favor of the legal representatives
of Margaret King, late of Somerset county, deceased, be
and the same is hereby repealed.
Resolved, That the treasurer of the western shore, be
and he is hereby directed to pay out of any unappropriated
money in the treasury, to the administrators of the said
Margaret King, deceased, the amount of pension due the
said deceased at the time of her death.
