Resolution authorizing the Adjutant General to furnish
Captain Thomas G. Harris, with arms, &c.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Man/land, That
the adjutant general of this State, be and is hereby required
to furnish Captain Thomas G. Harris, of Washington coun-
ty, as many swords, pistols and holsters, as he may want
for his troop of horse, said number not to exceed sixty-four.

Resolution authorizing the Adjutant General to furnish
Captain J. M. Anderson, with arms, &c.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the adjutant general of this State, furnish to Captain J. M.
Anderson, of the Baltimore Invincibles, fifty muskets; provi-
ded, that Captain Anderson, give security for the return of
the same, to the adjutant general.

Resolution in favor of Francis Valdenar, Executor of Wil-
liam Layman.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer of the western shore, pay out of any unappro-
priated money in the treasury, to Francis Valdenar, executor
of William Layman, late of Montgomery county, deceased,
who was a revolutionary pensioner of the State of Mary-
land, the amount of pension. due him at the time of his death
on the twelfth day of February, eighteen hundred and forty-
two.
