County, Guardian to William J. S. Chandler.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the register of wills, of Kent county, as
soon as he receives a certified copy of this act, which he
is hereby directed to file and record in his office, shall
transmit under the seal of his office, to the register of wills
of Somerset county, a copy of the bond heretofore given
by Samuel W. Jones, as guardian to William J. S. Chan-
dler, late of Kent county, deceased, and a copy of said
guardians receipt, for the distributive share of said William
J. S. Chandler of said estate, to be filed and recorded in
the office of the register of wills of Somerset county, and
when the same are recorded, the orphans court of Somer-
set county shall have the same jurisdiction and authority
over the said ward and his estate, as they have in other
