dered by the Justices of the Magistrates Courts in Allegany
County — Therefore,

CHAP. 95.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That it shall be the duty of the clerk of said
county, upon the application of the plaintiff or plaintiffs,
his, her or their agent or attorney, to make out a true
copy of any judgment which may have been rendered
by said Magistrate Courts, upon which copy any justice of
the peace of said county may issue execution, as is now
provided by law in cases of resignation, removal from office,
or death of a justice of the peace.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the clerk of said county
shall be entitled to receive the sum of twelve and a half
cents, as a full compensation for the duty imposed upon him
by this act.

CHAPTER 95.

Compensation.

A further supplement to the act, entitled an act, in aid of
the construction of a State Armory and Town Hall, in
the City of Baltimore, and the rebuilding and improve-

ment of the Hanover Market House, in said city.

Passed Feb. 8,
1841.

WHEREAS, by a former supplement to the said original
act, Solomon Hillen, junr., one of the commissioners there-
in named, was released from liabilities on the bonds which
he had executed upon the conditions specified in said sup-
plement; and whereas, it is represented that the said Solo-
mon Hillen, junr., has complied with the provisions of the
former supplement to the said original act — Therefore,

Preamble.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Baltimore county court, or any judge thereof, is
hereby authorised to order and adjudge that all bonds
heretofore executed by the said Solomon Hillen, junr.
in virtue of the said original act, shall be cancelled, so far
as the, same concerns the said Hillen; and upon the passing
of such order by the said court or judge, the bond or bonds
therein specified, shall be forthwith cancelled, so far as the
same relates to the said Hillen; and the said Hillen shall be
released from all liability whatsoever on said bond or bonds;
provided, the said court or judge, as the case may be, shall
be satisfied that the said Hillen has resigned the office of
commissioner, under the said original act; and shall be fur-
