LAWS OF MARYLAND.

CHAP. 196.

Baden, collector of taxes of Prince George's county, fur-
ther time to complete his collections, passed December ses-
sion, eighteen hundred and thirty-nine, chapter two hundred
and forty-two, be and the same is hereby extended until
the thirtieth day of April, eighteen hundred and forty-two.

CHAPTER 195.

Passed Mar. 4,
1841.

An act to make public a Road therein mentioned.

Made public.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That from and after the passage of this act, the road lead-
ing from Chaptico through the lands of H. G. Garner, Dr.
James Warring, J. J. Gough and others, till it intersects
post road leading from said place to Saint Clement's Bay,
shall be a public highway; and the court of Saint Mary's
county are hereby authorised and required to cause the
game to be kept in repair as other county roads are now
provided for by law.

CHAPTER 196.

Passed Mar. 4,
1841.

An act, entitled a supplement to an act, entitled an act to
establish a uniform System of charges by Notary Pub-
lic's in this State, passed at the present session, chapter
ninety-two, so far as the same extends to Talbot County.

Talbot county
exempt.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Ma-
ryland, That the provisions of an act passed at the present
session, entitled an act to establish a uniform system of
charges by notary public's in this State, shall not extend to,
or have any effect in Talbot county.

Inconsistent
acts repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all acts inconsistent with
the provisions of this act, be and the same are hereby re-
pealed.
