62. Each of the five Commissioners shall receive the sum
of ten ($10. 00) dollars for his attendance at each regular
meeting of the Board of Commissioners. No Commissioner
shall receive from the corporate funds any other or further
sum of money or compensation than is provided by this sec-
tion, except such expenses as he may incur in executing some
special service as Commissioner, and except such other sums
as he is now authorized to receive for his services in the per-
formance of duties imposed upon him by the Charter of Cam-
bridge in meetings of the Commissioners for specified pur-
poses other than the regular meetings of the board, that the
ten dollars herein provided to be paid each Commissioner
for his attendance at each regular meeting of the board
shall be paid for but one meeting in each week.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1949.

CHAPTER 77
(House Bill 121)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
330 of Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Talbot County", sub-title "Ox-
ford", increasing the compensation of the town commis-
sioners of said town.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 330 of Article 21 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot
County", sub-title "Oxford", be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

330. Said commissioners shall be three in number; and all
male inhabitants above the age of twenty-one years, who shall
have had a bona fide residence in said town for six months,
and twelve months in the State next preceding the election,
or who shall be the holder of real property within the limits
of said town, and have resided six months in Talbot County,
and twelve months in the State, shall elect by ballot, on the
first Monday in June in each year, at such, time and place as
shall be designated by the commissioners, one person above
the age of twenty-one years, and who has resided in said town
