SEC. 3. And be> it further enacted, That this Act shall be-

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Sub-sec-
tions A and B of Section 1194 of the Montgomery County
Code (1947), being Sub-sections A and B of Section 1300
of the Prince George's County Code (1943), being also
Articles 16 and 17, respectively, of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Montgomery
County", sub-title "Takoma Park", sub-heading "Budget
and Taxes", providing for a public hearing before adoption
of the budget by the Council of Takoma Park and relating
to the reserve to meet extraordinary expenditures.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sub-sections A and B of Section 1194 of the
Montgomery County Code (1947 Edition) being Sub-sections
A and B of Section 1300 of the Prince George's County Code
(1943), being also Article 16 and 17, respectively, of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930), title "Mont-
