22nd precinct within the city, of the 13th Election District of
Montgomery County, and within that portion of Prince
George's County within the city.

The said lists shall be certified in triplicate under the seal
of the Board of Election Supervisors of each said county and
shall constitute the official list of the voters of the city. One
copy of the list for each precinct so certified by the Board of
Election Supervisors of Montgomery County, and one copy
of the list of the voters so certified by the Board of Election
Supervisors of Prince George's County, shall be posted for
public inspection in the office of the City Clerk upon; receipt
of the same from the Boards of Election Supervisors; one
copy of each of said lists shall be placed by the Clerk with
the election returns and other records of the election to which
the list relates, and a third copy) of each; of said lists shall be
supplied to the judges and the clerks of election for their
official guidance in conducting the election.

The respective Boards of Election Supervisors shall, on or
before the second Monday in March of each second year, be-
ginning in March, 1950, certify to the Mayor and Council,
revisions, if any, in the lists so certified theretofore by them,
which may be required to correct clerical mistakes in the
preparation of the original lists.

Names of persons added by such revisions shall be deemed
to have been certified originally, and those persons shall be
entitled to vote in the next succeeding election; and names of
persons removed by such revisions shall be deemed not to have
been certified originally, and those persons shall not be en-
titled to vote in the next succeeding election notwithstanding
the original certification of their names.

The right to vote in city elections under this charter,
except special elections under Section 1193 (G) of this Article,
1199 (G) of Article 17 shall depend entirely upon whether or
not the name of the person claiming such right shall have
been certified in accordance with the provisions of this section.

Right of appeal to the Circuit Courts of Montgomery and
Prince George's Counties, respectively, is hereby given any
person who shall consider himself aggrieved by the omission
of his name from any list of voters certified hereunder or
revision thereof.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1949.
