AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
1190 of the Montgomery County Code (1947 Edition—being
Section 1296 of the Prince George's County Code (1943 Edi-
tion), being Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Montgomery County", sub-
title "Takoma Park", as amended, and being also Article 17
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Prince George's County", sub-title "Takoma
Park", as amended, to require the Boards of Election Super-
visors of Montgomery and Prince George's Counties to
certify lists of registered voters in State and county elec-
tions within the City of Takoma Park and to declare the
persons whose names shall be so certified to be voters of the
city and to grant the right of appeal to the Circuit Court
of Montgomery or Prince George's County to any person
who shall consider himself aggrieved by the omission of his
name from any list of voters so certified.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 1190 of the Montgomery County Code
(1947 Edition—being Section 1296 of the Prince George's
County Code (1943 Edition), being Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930J Edition^, title "Mont-
gomery County", sub-title "Takoma Park", as amended, and
being also Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's County",
sub-title "Takoma Park", as amended, be and the same is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, to read as follows:
1190 (1296). On the first Monday in February, 1950, and
each two years thereafter on the first Monday in February,
prior to the city election, the Boards of Election Supervisors
for Montgomery and Prince George's Counties; respectively,
shall certify to the Mayor and Council alphabetical lists, for
each precinct separately, of the names and addresses of the
registered voters in State and county elections within the
4th, 6th, 9th, 20th? and 21st precincts, and that portion of the
