CHAPTER 61
(Senate Bill 100)

AN ACT to repeal Section 21 of Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Frederick County, " sub-title "Attorneys' Fees, " said
section relating to the appointment of assistant counsel
for the State in the trial of criminal or other State cases
in Frederick County.

WHEREAS, Section 7 of Article 26 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland makes provision for the appointment of
assistant counsel in any State case, thereby making unnec-
essary Section 21 of Article 11 of the Code of Public Local
Laws; now therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,,
That Section 21 of Article 11 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Frederick
County, " sub-title "Attorneys' Fees, " be and it is hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1949.

Approved March 4, 1949.

(Senate Bill 102)

AN ACT to repeal Section 12 of Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Frederick County, " sub-title "Almshouse, " said section
relating to the penalty for disorderly conduct.
