Wharf Fund" may in addition to the purposes set forth in
said Section 478, be used for the following purposes:
(a) for the acquisition thru purchase, gift or condemna-
tion of: —additional wharf cites, for land for roads lead-
ing to such additional wharf cites, for land for parking
areas adjacent to such wharves including the wharves enu-
merated in Section 478 and for the construction of wharves
at such additional cites, and for the improvement, con-
struction and maintenance of such wharves, roads and
parking areas.
(2) Any such additional roads, wharves or parking
areas so acquired shall be a part of the said "Beverly Beach
Roads and Taxing District" and subject to all the limita-
tions and conditions governing and relating to the roads,
and wharves of said district as established by Sections 475
to 484 inclusive of this Code.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1949.

AN ACT to add a new section to Flack's Code of Public
Local Laws of Anne Arundel County (1947 Edition),
being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Budget", to
be under a new sub-heading "Beverley Beach Roads and
Taxing District Account", said new section to be known
as Section 181 A and to follow immediately after Section
181 of said Code, and relating to the accounting practice
for Beverley Beach Roads and Taxing District road
funds.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted "by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Flack's
Code of Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel County (1947
Edition), being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title
"Budget", to be under a new sub-heading "Beverley Beach
Roads and Taxing District Account", said new section to
be known as Section 181 A and to follow immediately after
Section 181 of said Code, and to read as follows:
