181 A. Beverley Beach Roads and Taxing District
Account.
(1) There shall be kept a separate account to be known
as the Beverley Beach Roads and Taxing District Account
to which account shall be credited all monies derived from
the levy for the District Road Tax upon the taxable prop-
erty within the Beverley Beach Roads and Taxing District,
to the extent as provided for under Section 451 of this
Code as enacted by Chapter 726 of the Acts of 1947,
and all monies to be credited to the said Beverley Beach
Roads and Taxing District under the provisions of Sec-
tion 390 of this Code as enacted by Chapter 321 of the
Acts of 1941, and all other monies required by law to be
used for the benefit of the said "Taxing District".
(2) There shall be charged against such credits all
expenditures authorized by law to be made for the bene-
fit of the Beverley Beach Roads and Taxing District.
(3) All unexpended annual funds credited to the said
account shall be carried forward to the next succeeding
year and so shown in the annual Budget of Anne Arundel
County,
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1949.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, sub-
section (2) of Section 5 of Article 73B of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1947 Supp. ), title "Pensions",
relating to prior service credit for veterans of World
War I, with respect to the Employees' Retirement Sys-
tem.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That sub-section (2) of Section 5 of Article 73B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supp. ) title "Pen-
sions", be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
