to the registration of voters and the maintenance of records
under the card or loose-leaf system, shall be applicable in
Harford County and those provisions inconsistent there-
with shall be inapplicable.
The Board of Supervisors shall acquire and maintain an
office copy of the record of all registered voters, in such
manner as they may determine, said record to be in addition
to the books of registry provided for in this section.
The Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to em-
ploy such clerical assistance and to purchase such supplies a
as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this-
Section, and the County Commissioners are hereby directed
to provide the necessary funds for this purpose by levy upon
the taxable property in Harford County.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1949.

AN ACT to add a new section to Flack's Code of Public
Local Laws of Anne Arundel County (1947 Edition),
being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local. Laws of
Maryland, title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title
"Roads", sub-heading "Beverly Beach Roads and Tax-
ing District", said new section to be known as Section
480A and to follow immediately after Section 480 of
said Code, and relating to the construction, acquisition
and maintenance of wharves, roads and parking areas
within the said "Taxing District".
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Flack's
Code of Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel County (1947
Edition), being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title
"Roads", sub-heading "Beverly Beach Roads and Taxing
District", said new section to be known as Section 480A
and to follow immediately after Section 480 of said Code
and to read as follows:
