SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 726-728 of Article 11 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Frederick
County, " sub-title "Stallion, " be and they are hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1949.

Approved March 4, 1949.

CHAPTER 52
(Senate Bill 82)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 149-150 of Article 11 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Frederick County, " sub-title "Elections—Adver-
tisements, " said sections relating to the notice given of
registration for election.

WHEREAS, the giving of notice for registration is covered
in Article 33 of the Annotated Code, thereby making un-
necessary Sections 149-150 of the local laws of Frederick
County; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 149 and 150 of Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Frederick County, " sub-title "Elections — Advertise-
ments, " be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1949.

Approved March 4, 1949.

(Senate Bill 83)

AN ACT to repeal Section 141 of Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Frederick County, " subtitle "Crier, " as said section was
