CHAPTER 50

(Senate Bill 77)

AN ACT to repeal Section 706 of Article 11 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Frederick County, " sub-title "Roads, " said section hav-
ing to do with the appointment of road superintendents
in Frederick County.

WHEREAS, the control over roads in Frederick County
is now in the hands of the Roads Board, thereby making
obsolete this Section 706 of Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws; now therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 706 of Article 11 of the Code of Public Local
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Frederick
County, " sub-title "Roads, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1949.

Approved March 4, 1949.

CHAPTER 51

(Senate Bill 78)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 726-728 of Article 11 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Frederick County, " sub-title "Stallion, " said sec-
tions relating generally to stallions' liens.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these Sections 726-728 of the
local laws of Frederick County are covered in Article 27
of the Annotated Code thereby making these sections un-
necessary; now therefore
