Article 7. Meetings.

Section 1. The annual meeting of the Association shall
be held in accordance with the By-Laws. At the annual
meeting the majority of the members present shall have
the right to elect Trustees, Officers, amend By-Laws or
take any other action respecting the activities of the
Association, not in conflict with this amended certificate
of incorporation.

Section 2. Special meetings of the members of the
Association may be had on call at any time by the Presi-
dent or by the Board of Trustees.

Section 3. On the direction of any seven members of
the Association, a special meeting of members may be
called. Upon such written direction, the Executive Direc-
tor of the Association shall call a meeting at such place
and time as may be so directed, giving the notice herein
provided for in Section 6 of this Article.

Section 4, At the annual or any special meeting of the
Association, seven members of the Association shall con-
stitute a quorum.

Section 5. At least ten days notice shall be given by
publication in a daily newspaper published in the City of
Baltimore prior to the annual meeting of the Association,
giving the date, time and place of such meeting.

Section 6. At least three days notice shall be given by
publication in a daily newspaper published in the City of
Baltimore prior to any special meeting of the Association,
giving the date, time and place of such meeting and the
business proposed.

Article 8. By-Laws.

Section 1. The said Association shall have power to
make, retain and establish by-laws for the management of
its property and the regulation of its affairs as it may
think proper and advisable and from time to time to
repeal, amend or re-enact the same.

Article 9. Amendments.

Section 1. The By-Laws of the Association may be
altered, amended or repealed at any annual meeting, or
at any special meeting called for the purpose, by the vote
of a majority present at such meeting.
