such legal instrument shall be binding on any subsequent
purchaser, lessee, transferee or any other successor in
interest;

(g) To vest jurisdiction or authority to exercise or
perform all or any part of the aforegoing powers in any
suitable board, commission, department, bureau or other
agency of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore now
in being or in any new board, commission, department,
bureau or agency of the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more, which it is hereby empowered to create and establish
for such purposes; and

(h) No officer, official or employee of any agency of
the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, which is vested
with any power or authority to be exercised under the
provisions of this Paragraph (14A), shall become finan-
cially interested in any way in any land or property which
may be acquired under any of the provisions of this Para-
graph (14A), and no such officer, official or employee shall
be or become financially interested in any way in any
legal entity, other than the United States of America, the
State of Maryland or the Mayor and City Council of Bal-
timore, who may undertake to develop or redevelop any
land or property under or pursuant to the provisions of
this Paragraph (14A).

SECTION 2. And be it further enacted, That Paragraph
(25), title "Redevelopment Commission, " of Section 6 of
Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
and the Baltimore City Charter (1946 Edition), title "Bal-
timore City, " sub-title "General Powers, " and all amend-
ments thereto, and particularly Chapter 504 of the Laws
of Maryland of 1947, be. and the same are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3. And be it further enacted, That the Balti-
more Redevelopment Commission may continue in exist-
ence and shall have and may continue to exercise any and
all of the power and authority which is now or hereafter
may be vested in the Commission by law until such time as
the Commission is declared dissolved by an ordinance or
resolution of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore and
the power and authority granted to the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore under the provisions of this Act are
vested, in whole or in part, in any new or existing board,
commission, department, bureau or other agency of the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore as hereinbefore pro-
vided; and nothing contained in this Act shall be taken
or construed to the contrary.
