the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince
George's County", sub-title "Fire Companies", and to add
four new sub-sections to Section 605B of said Article 17
and Prince George's County Code, to be known as sub-
sections (e), (f), (g) and (h) and to follow immediately
after sub-section (d) of said section as said sections and
sub-sections were enacted by Chapter 808 of the Acts of
1947, adding certain election districts and fire companies
to said Act and providing for a referendum thereon.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 605A (a) and (b) and 605B (a) of the
Prince George's County Code, being Article 17 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince George's
County", sub-title "Fire Companies", be and they are hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, and that four
new sub-sections be and they are hereby added to Section
605B of said Prince George's County Code and Article 17,
said new sub-sections to be known as sub-sections (e), (f),
(g) and (h), and to follow after sub-section (d), as said
sections and sub-sections were enacted by Chapter 808 of the
Acts of 1947, and all to read as follows:

605A. (a) The provisions of this section shall apply to
and be effective in the following election districts of Prince
George's County: 6th, 12th, 18th, 20th, 2nd, 9th, 21st and
1st.

(b) The County Commissioners of Prince George's County
are hereby authorized and directed to levy for the year
1951 and annually thereafter a fire tax of ten cents on
every One Hundred Dollars ($100. 00) of the assessed
value of all real and personal property located in each of
said election districts.

605B. (a) In the 6th Election District the proceeds of
said tax shall be divided and paid by the County Commis-
sioners every six months in equal shares to the respective
Treasurers of (1) The Boulevard Heights Volunteer Fire
Department, Inc., (2) The Forestville Volunteer Fire De-
partment, Inc., (3) The District Heights Volunteer Fire
Department, Inc., (4) The Morningside Volunteer Fire De-
partment, Inc., and (5) The Silver Hill Fire Department.

(e) In the 2nd Election District the proceeds of said tax
shall be divided and paid by the County Commissioners every
six months in equal shares to the respective Treasurers of
(1) Bladensburg Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., (2)
Cottage City Fire Company, Inc., (3) Landover Hills Volun-
