"Dorchester County Dispensary", providing more stringent
requirements for record keeping and reporting by the
Liquor Control Board of Dorchester County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 148C (b) of Article, 2B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Bev-
erages", sub-title "Dorchester County Dispensary", be and it
is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

148C.

(b) The Liquor Control Board shall keep accurate records
of all purchases of alcoholic beverages, receipts from the sale
of alcoholic beverages and all expenses incidental to the oper-
ation of the County Dispensary System which records shall
be open to inspection by the Comptroller or any of his
deputies or inspectors during all regular business hours, and
shall also prepare and forward to the County Commissioners
a report for the period ending June 30 and December 31, in
each year, which report shall contain a full and complete
statement of the business transacted by the Board and the
results of the operation of the dispensary established under
the authority of this sub-title and the Board shall also
publish these reports in at least three newspapers of general
circulation in Dorchester County within thirty days after
June 30 and December 31 of each year.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1949.

CHAPTER 166
(House Bill 270)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
810 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's
County (Flack's 1943 Edition), to increase the tax for
maintenance, operation and care of the Hyattsville Fire
Department.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 810 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County (Flack's 1943 Edition), be and it is
