CHAPTER 156
(House Bill 219)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 198-203 of Article 20 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Somerset County", sub-title "Foxes", said sections
relating to the killing or molesting of foxes in Somerset
County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 198-203 of Article 20 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Somer-
set County", sub-title "Foxes", be and the same are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it -further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1949.

Approved March 31, 1949.

CHAPTER 157

(House Bill 220)

AN ACT to repeal Section 447 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Prince George's County, (Flack's Edition, 1943),
sub-title "County Treasurer", to eliminate the provision for
acceptance by the County Treasurer of half year install-
ments in payment of taxes, the other provisions of the sec-
tion having been superseded by Section 46 (d) of Article
81, "Revenue and Taxes" of Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 447 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County (Flack's Edition, 1943), sub-title
"County Treasurer", be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1949.
