hereby authorized to provide for the registration of voters at
their respective offices at their respective county seats on
such days and during such hours as they shall determine.
In Prince George's County, the Supervisors of Elections are
authorized to provide for the registration of voters at such
additional places and at such times as may be deemed advis-
able or necessary by them. In the event the Supervisors of
Elections of any county shall provide for such registration
the County Commissioners of said County shall make avail-
able sufficient funds to pay the officers of registration desig-
nated or named to make such registration and other neces-
sary expenses, in which event the said Supervisors of Elec-
tions shall either appoint two registration officers (one from
each of the two major political parties of the State) to con-
stitute a board of registry for the purposes of this section or
one majority member and the minority member of the Board
of Supervisors of Elections may constitute the board of regis-
try for the purposes of this section.

All registrations made under the provisions of this section
shall be subject to review on revision days by the several
boards of registry, as authorized by Section 18 of this Article.
All the provisions of this Article as to registration of voters,
except as otherwise provided in this section, shall be applic-
able in making registrations under this section.

(11) Notwithstanding any provision of this section to the
contrary, in Prince George's County the registration date pre-
ceding the Primary Election shall be on the Tuesday four
weeks preceding the Primary Election date.

SEC. 2. And 'be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1949.
