WM. PRESTON LANE, JR., GOVERNOR. 2005

AND i DO CERTIFY, That at said Election in the Districts of
Freedom and Mt. Airy, a majority of votes being cast in
favor of the adoption of said Chapter 883, it is therefore rati-
fied in the said Districts of Freedom and Mt. Airy; and
further that a majority of votes being cast in the Districts
of Taneytown, Uniontown, Myers, Woollerys, Manchester, 7th
District, Hampstead, Franklin, Middleburg, New Windsor,
12th District and Burnett, against the adoption of said
Chapter 883, it has therefore failed of ratification in the said
Districts of Taneytown, Uniontown, Myers, Woollerys, Man-
chester, 7th District, Hampstead, Franklin, Middleburg, New
Windsor, 12th District and Burnett.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto sub-
scribed my name and affixed my Official Seal,
at the City of Annapolis, this 4th day of
(Secretary of January, in the Year of Our Lord, One
State's Seal) Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty-nine.
