OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE
To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals:
I, BERTRAM L. BOONE, II., SECRETARY OF STATE, OF THE
STATE OF MARYLAND, pursuant to the direction contained in
Section 203 of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1947 Supplement), DO HEREBY CERTIFY, That at the
referendum election held at the Town of Kitzmillerville, Kitz-
miller, in this State, an Act known as Chapter 221 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of 1947, was submitted to the voters
of the Town of Kitzmillerville, Kitzmiller, for their adoption
or rejection, under the provisions of said Act, said Act being:
An Act to levy taxes on the assessable property of said
town, to redeem said bonds and to pay the interest
thereon, and to submit to the legally qualified voters
of said town the question as to whether or not said
bonds shall be issued.
AND i DO CERTIFY, That at said election duly held the follow-
ing votes were cast: For refunding and street improvement
bonds 86, against refunding and street improvement bonds
74. A majority of the votes being cast in favor of adoption
of Chapter 221, the said Act is therefore ratified.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto sub-
scribed my name and affixed my Official Seal,
at the City of Annapolis, this 11th day of

State's Seal) Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty-seven.
