fiscated by the Prince George's County Police and the owner
or operator of such public premises, or his officer, manager
or employee in charge thereof, and the owner of such device,
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction there-
of be subject to a fine of not less than $100. 00 nor more than
$1, 000. 00 for each such offense.

951F. All licenses issued hereunder shall be annual
licenses and shall be issued for the year beginning May 1
of each year and expiring April 30 of the next succeeding
year. The charge for licenses issued more than 30 days after
the beginning of each such year shall be pro-rated according
to the number of months or parts thereof remaining in said
year, except that no license shall be issued at a charge of
less than $5. 00. Licenses other than Class D may be trans-
ferred from one premises or owner to another upon applica-
tion to the County Commissioners. A Clerk's fee of $1. 00
shall be paid on each license issued or transferred. One de-
vice may be substituted for another device of the same class
upon the same premises without requiring any license trans-
fer. Each Class A, Class B and Class C, License Certificate
shall show the license number of such license, the name and
address of the premises where the device is to be maintained
for public use, and the name and operator's license number
of the owner of the device, and there shall be issued a metal
tag showing the Class A, B or C License number, which
metal tag thereafter shall be securely fastened to the device
in such manner as will make it visible. Each Class D License
Certificate shall show the license number of such license, the
name and address of the licensee, and shall be exhibited to
the Clerk each time a Class A, B or C License is issued or
transferred thereunder. The Clerk shall not issue any Class
D License without the approval of the Board of County
Commissioners, and said Board may withhold such approval
unless the members thereof are satisfied that the applicant
has the required qualifications and that issuance of the
license is in the best public interest.

951G. Any license fees received by the County Commis-
sioners from the licensing of amusement devices after this
sub-title becomes effective shall be applied first, to reim-
burse the Commissioners for the cost of the special election
held hereunder. After said costs are paid, the County Com-
missioners shall, on or before the 30th day of each month,
transfer all fees other than the Clerk's issuance and transfer
fees, received by them under the provisions of this sub-title
to the General Tax Fund for such uses as will directly or
