sary Class A, B and C licenses are procured for each such
device. One such license shall be required for each person or
partnership who distributes for operation, places on loca-
tion, rents, leases, owns or sells any such Class A, B and C
Devices for public use in Prince George's County.

(f) No person or partnership shall be granted a Class D
License hereunder unless and until such person, or in the
case of partnership, each member of such partnership, has
shown conclusively to the satisfaction of the Board of County
Commissioners, in a sworn affidavit, the form and content
of which is to be prescribed by said Commissioners, that they
actually own the entire financial interest in the business to
be conducted under such Class D License, that they are
registered voters and property owners in Prince George's
County, and that they have actually lived in said County
continuously for at least two years immediately preceding
date of application. Class D Licenses shall be non-trans-
ferable.

951C. (a) This sub-title is not intended to apply to
mechanical or electrical personal weighing scales which do
not offer or dispense any awards, music machines, or any
type of bona fide merchandise or service vending machines.
All other mechanical or electrical amusement devices which
operate upon the insertion of a coin and do not offer or dis-
pense any awards require Class A Licenses.

(b) No more than five Class A, B and/or C Amusement
Devices may be maintained for public use upon a single
public premises at one time.

(c) The term "awards" as used herein, shall include mer-
chandise, prizes, tokens, coins or any other thing of value.

951D. It shall be unlawful for any person under 18 years
of age to play any Class B or Class C Amusement Device.
Any person violating this provision or any person or firm
knowingly permitting such violation on their premises shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof be
subject to a fine of not less than $100. 00 nor more than
$500. 00 for each such offense.

951E. No person or firm shall maintain or permit or have
upon his or their premises for public play and operation in
Prince George's County, any Amusement Device for which
the required licenses have not been obtained. Any such de-
vice found in operation upon any public premises without
the proper licenses having been issued therefor shall be con-
