cured; and provided further, that nothing in this sub-title
shall be construed as making lawful the possession,, main-
tenance or use of the upright side lever operated slot machine
commonly called the "one armed bandit", it being the intent
to exclude said devices from the following licensing provi-
sions. Any license issued hereunder shall not be regarded
as property and confer no property rights, and may be sus-
pended or revoked for cause at any time.

951B. Any qualified person or partnership may procure
upon payment of the required fee the following classes of
licenses from the County Commissioners of Prince George's
County, as follows:

(a) (Class A Licenses—Amusement Devices which offer
no Awards—$25. 00 per annum, per Device. ) One such license
shall be required for each such amusement device which
operates upon insertion of a coin and which does not offer
or dispense any award to the player except free-plays that
are not redeemable in either cash or merchandise.

(b) (Class B Licenses—Pinball and Claw Machine Amuse-
ment Devices which offer Awards—$50. 00 per annum, per
Machine. ) One such license shall be required for each Pin-
ball or Claw Machine which operates upon insertion of a
coin and which offers or dispenses awards.

(c) (Class C Licenses—Console Type Amusement Devices
—$175. 00 per annum, per Device. ) One such license shall be
required for each console type amusement device which oper-
ates upon the insertion of a coin or coins and offers or dis-
penses awards.

(d) (Class D Licenses—Operators' Licenses. )

(1) To own and operate on the device owner's premises
only one Class A device, $25. 00 per annum; one Class B device,
$25. 00 per annum; and/lor two Class C devices, $50. 00 each
per annum.

(2) To own and operate more than one Class A device, one
Class B device, and/or two Class C devices, but not to exceed
more than one hundred (100) Class C devices, $1, 000. 00 per
annum.

(e) Each such license, as provided in Sub-section D (2)
of Section 951 (B), shall authorize the holder thereof to
own, operate, distribute for operation, place on location,
rent, lease or sell Class A, Class B and Class C Devices for
public use in Prince George's County, providing the neces-
