sum if possible, or so much thereof as may be possible,
under the provisions of said Senate Bill No. 442. Any
money so borrowed shall be put into a school building fund
for Somerset County
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the said
County Commissioners shall also place in the school build-
ing fund any and all moneys received by virtue of the
provisions of Senate Bill No. 518 as passed by the General
Assembly at its Regular Session of 1949.
SEC. 2A. And be it further enacted, That there shall
also be placed in the said school building fund any and all
monies payable to or to be received by Somerset County
or any municipal corporation therein, under applicable
provisions of State law relating to the income tax, the
tax on racing, the recordation tax, the tax on amusements,
the license tax, and (except as provided hereinafter) the
Incentive Fund for school buildings.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the total of
such moneys to be placed into the said school building fund,
amounting to One Million, Eighty-five Thousand Dollars
($1, 085, 000), more or less, shall be expended as follows:
$502, 050—Crisfield white school
204, 150—Crisfield colored school
102, 500—Princess Anne white school
204, 150—Princess Anne colored school
5, 000—Euell High School, Smith's Island
5, 000—Deal's Island High School
30, 600—Marion High School
30, 550—Westover colored school
1, 000—Fairmount white school
$1, 085, 000—TOTAL
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That should the
amount so placed in the school building fund be less than
($1, 085, 000) One Million, Eighty-five Thousand Dollars,
the total thereof shall be distributed to the several schools
in approximately the same ratio as in the figures listed
hereinabove in Section 3.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That during the
first two years when no payments for the redemption of
principal are required for amounts borrowed under the
provisions of said Senate Bill No. 442, as provided therein,
all amounts received by the County Commissioners or the
