company, which has been approved by the County Com-
missioners and which, in the discretion of the County
Commissioners, needs financial assistance.

(4) $7, 000. shall be placed in a "Charles County
Library Fund" and used to equal any State Funds which
may be available for the establishment and maintenance
of free libraries in Charles County.

(5) $8, 000. shall be applied to a "Physicians' Memo-
rial Hospital Fund" and distributed to said Hospital from
time to time as deemed necessary by the County Commis-
sioners and based on the needs of said Hospital.

(6) $3, 600. shall be allocated to pay an annual salary
of $3, 000. payable monthly to a License Inspector
and the balance for his expenses. Said Inspector shall
be appointed and shall serve at the pleasure of the County
Commissioners, and shall perform such duties as the
County Commissioners require in connection with the
enforcement and administration of the provisions of Sec-
tions 84C-84G of this sub-title. It shall be the duty of the
Inspector to make such investigations and conduct such
examinations of the records of licensees as will satisfy him
that the provisions of Sections 84C-84G are being fully
complied with by said licensees.

(7) In the event the revenues are not sufficient to
fulfill the specific allocations required by Sub-sections (3),
(4) and (5) of this section, the County Commissioners
shall prorate the balance remaining to such organizations
after complying with Sub-sections (1), (2) and (6) of
this section.

84F. It shall be unlawful for any person or firm know-
ingly to operate or permit the operation of any amusement
machine or device authorized to be licensed under Sections
84C-84G of this sub-title or permit any such machine or
device to be operated or played by any person under six-
teen years of age or for such minor to operate such
machine or device. Any person or firm violating the pro-
visions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine
of $50. 00 for the first offense and $100. 00 for the second
offense and shall have his license revoked, and he shall not
be eligible to obtain, either directly or indirectly, another
license for a two-year period following such revocation.

84G. Any person or firm violating any provision of
this sub-title, other than Section 84F for which specific
