tion and upon receipt of the proper license fee, the said
Clerk shall forthwith issue an appropriate certificate
evidencing that such license is thereby issued and the
required license fees are thereby paid and said certificate
shall enumerate and list a number for each of the devices
thereby licensed for said premises. At the time of issuing
said certificate, the Clerk shall also issue a metal plate
which shall have stamped thereon a number, correspond-
ing to the number assigned to the device on the certificate,
which metal plate thereafter shall be securely fastened to
the amusement device in such a manner as will be visible.
All machines or devices licensed hereunder shall be main-
tained and operated on the inside of the licensed premises
only.

(d). Each distributor securing a license hereunder shall
on or before the tenth day of each month report the name
and address of every person or firm residing or having a
place of business in Charles County, to whom any such
amusement machine or device has been sold or leased by
him during the preceding month.

(e). All licenses issued under this section shall expire
on May 1 of each year. Each license fee shall be pro-rated
to the month of issue, but no refund shall be allowed for
ceasing to exercise the privilege of the license before
expiration.

84E. (a). The Clerk of the Court shall on or before the
tenth day of each month pay to the County Commissioners
all revenue received by said Clerk derived under the pro-
visions of Sections 84C-84G of this sub-title. The County
Commissioners shall allocate said revenues annually as
follows:

(1) 40% shall be applied to the reduction of the
Charles County Real Estate Tax.

(2) 30% of the remainder shall be applied to the
reduction of any outstanding school bonds and interest
thereon.

(3) $8, 000. shall be applied to a "Fire Company Re-
serve Fund" and distributed as follows:
$3, 500. to the La Plata Fire Dept.
$1, 000. to the Fifth District Fire Dept.
$1, 000. to the Hughesville Fire Dept.

Any balance remaining in the "Fire Company Reserve
Fund" shall be distributed to any Charles County Fire
