69. To the grant and Deed executed by Edward E. Roller,
et al. to Clarence A. Mummart, Dale E. Kline, Earl W. Shoap,
Abram E. Martin and Noah W. Brechbiel, trustees for the
Pennsylvania Annual Conference of the Church of the United
Brethren in Christ which acknowledges and is subject to
Constitution adopted A. D. 1841 dated the 13th day of Novem-
ber, 1947 and recorded among the Land Records of Anne
Arundel County conveying in fee simple a tract of land in
Anne Arundel County known as lots Nos. 39, 40, 41 and 42
in Section 5 of Brooklyn Park, Subdivision No. 3 of John
K. Culver as shown on Plat Book 1, GW, folio 171, running
one hundred feet on the south side of Hilltop Road with an
even rectangular depth of one hundred twenty-five feet.
70. To the devise and bequest of five per cent of the resi-
due of the estate as provided in the Will and Codicils of Ira
Manning Parsons, deceased, recorded in the Office of the
Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B.
No. 223, folio 352, etc., to the following named institutions
and in the following proportions:
(a) 2/5 to The Home for the Aged of The Methodist Epis-
copal Church of Baltimore City, Incorporated.
(b) 2/5 to The Children's Hospital School, Inc6rporated,
Baltimore, Maryland.
(c) 1/5 to The James Lawrence Kernan Hospital and In-
dustrial School of Maryland for Crippled Children, Inc.,
Hillsdale, Md.
71. To legacy under the Will of Meyer Gershen Traub,
deceased, to The Anna, Meyer Gershen and Joseph Louis
Traub Memorial Charity Organization, Inc., consisting of
United States Savings Bonds, cash and a mortgage from
David Moncarz, et al. to Meyer Traub, recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. 7001, 521,
dated September 11, 1946, totaling $16,962.20.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1949.
