on the North side of Annapolis Street, one hundred feet east
of Fifth Street, Baltimore, Maryland, fronting twenty-five
feet on Annapolis Street, by a depth northerly of one hun-
dred and fifty feet.

65. To the grant and conveyance by Deed executed by the
Church Extension Society of the Central Pennsylvania Con-
ference of the Evangelical Church to St. John's Evangelical
United Brethren Church of Baltimore City dated April 8,
1948 and recorded among the Land Eecords of Baltimore
City in Liber M. L. P. No. 7472, folio 315, etc., conveying a
lot on the southwest side of Highgate Drive and the north-
west side of Glen Avenue, in the City of Baltimore, running
northwesterly one hundred, twenty-seven and fifty-five one
hundredths feet by southwesterly seventy-one by southwester-
ly seventy-one and twenty-nine one-hundredths feet; and a lot
on the northwest side of Glen Avenue, four hundred feet
northeasterly from Doverdale Avenue in the City of Balti-
more, fronting on Glen Avenue, northeasterly fifty feet, by
a depth northwesterly of one hundred twenty-seven and five-
tenths feet.

66. To the grant and Deed executed by the Church Exten-
sion Society of the Central Pennsylvania Conference of the
Evangelical Church to St. Matthew's Evangelical United
Brethren Church of Baltimore City dated May 7, 1948, re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
M. L. P. No. 7412, folio 309, etc., conveying a certain lot on
the southeast corner of Monument and Bouldin Streets, Balti-
more, fronting seventy feet southerly on Bouldin Street, and
ninety feet easterly on Monument Street.

67. To the grant and Deed executed by James Eolfes and
Kathleen Rolfes, his wife, to St. Matthew's Evangelical
United Brethren Church of Baltimore City dated November
14, 1947 and recorded among the Land Eecords of Baltimore
City in Liber M. L. P. No. 7281, folio 347, conveying a cer-
tain lot on the west side of Bouldin Street, one hundred
seventy-eight feet two inches, northerly from McElderry
Street, Baltimore, Maryland, running northerly fourteen feet
by westerly seventy feet, known as 614 N. Bouldin Street.

68. To the grant and Deed executed by the Church Exten-
sion Society of the Central Pennsylvania Conference to Wal-
brook Memorial Evangelical United Brethren Church, dated
April 8, 1948 and recorded among the Land Eecords of Balti-
more City in Liber M. L. P. No. 7472, folio 312, etc., con-
veying a certain lot on the northwest corner of Gwynns Falls
