59. To Deed from The Grace Full Gospel Church et al. to
The Pentecostal Holiness Church in Baltimore dated Febru-
ary 24, 1943 and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber M, L. P. No. 6428, folio 290.

60. To Deed of leasehold properties known as 132 S. Pat-
terson Park Avenue and 133 S. Madeira Street subject to an
annual ground rent of $80.00' from Wincenty Czygier and
Anastazya Czygier, his wife to Servants of Mary Immaculate
of the United States of North America Incorporated, a body
corporate, duly incorporated under the laws of the State of
Maryland, dated September 28, 1945 and recorded among the
Land Kecords of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6802
folio 348.

61. To bequest of $500.00 to Servants of Mary Immaculate
of the United States of North America Incorporated, Balti-
more, Maryland contained in the Last Will and Testament
of Helena B. Zukowska, late of Baltimore City. Said Will
is recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of Balti-
more City in Liber J. H. B. No. 224 folio 195.

62. To a lot of ground 55 feet front with a depth of even
width of 100 feet 6 inches to a 10 foot alley situate at the
Northeast corner of Ashland Avenue and Eleventh Street
and conveyed by Edward J. Bell and Anna E. Bell, his wife,
to the Trustees of Orangeville Methodist Episcopal Church
by Deed dated May 12, 1919, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3360, folio
448.

63. To the grant and Deed executed by the Church Exten-
sion Society of the Central Pennsylvania Conference of the
Evangelical Church to Faith Evangelical United Brethren
Church of Baltimore City, dated April 8, 1948 and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber, M. L. P.
No. 7472, folio 306, conveying in fee simple a certain lot on
the north side of Twenty-fifth Street in the City of Balti-
more at the corner of the west side of Hunter Alley, fronting
forty-nine feet on Twenty-fifth Street, by one hundred and
fifty feet on Hunter Street,

64. To the grant and Deed executed by the Church Exten-
sion Society of the Central Pennsylvania Conference of the
Evangelical Church to Immanuel Evangelical United Breth-
ren Church of Baltimore City, dated April 8, 1948 and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
M. L. P. No. 7472, folio 319, conveying a certain lot on the
north side of Annapolis Street, fifty feet east of Fifth Street,
Baltimore, Maryland, fronting fifty feet on Annapolis Street
