1594 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 666

Prince George's County, Maryland, on January 29, 1948, in
Liber No. 1007, folio 368, conveying "Parcel A", containing
1.846 acres as per plat of Blocks 17, 18 and 19, and parts of
Blocks 14, 15, 16 and 20, Section 5, Queens Chapel Manor
recorded in Plat Book 14, folio 56, of the County Plat Rec-
ords.

53. To the conveyance to the Sacred Heart Baptist Temple
of Baltimore of the leasehold property known as 415 Myrtle
Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland, the same subject to an annual
ground rent of $42.00.

54. To Deed dated May 5, 1947, from Annie M. Taylor,
widow, to the Chesapeake Conference Association of Seventh-
Day Adventists, a Corporation of the State of Delaware,
covering a tract located in the Seventh Election District of
Cecil County, Maryland, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords Books of Cecil County, in Liber R.R.C. No. 23, folio 481.

the Protestant Episcopal Church in the Diocese of Easton,
and The Vestry of the Trinity Parish in Cecil County, both
Religious Corporations, to Chesapeake Conference of Seventh-

located in the Fourth Election District of Cecil County,
Maryland, and recorded among the Land

Realty Company, a Corporation of the State of Maryland,
and The Land Record Holding Company, a Corporation of
