City, the improvements whereon are known as No. 716
Bridgeview Road, and more particularly described in said
Deed; and also the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the holding and disposal of said
property by Saint John Baptist Church of Cherry Hill Balti-
more, Maryland.

7. To the grant and deed executed by The Dundalk Com-
pany to The Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Good Shep-
herd, dated August 27,' 1948, and duly recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore County on October llth, 1948,
conveying fee simple property located in Baltimore County,
known as Lots Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 54, Block 9 as shown on Plat
7, Dundalk, and more particularly described in said Deed;
and also the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
of Maryland to the holding and disposal of said property
by The Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd.

8. To the grant and deed executed by William F. A.
Schultz, et al, Surviving Trustees, et al. to Most Reverend
Francis P. Keough, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore
for the time being, and his successors in the Archiepiscopal
See of Baltimore, dated November 17, 1948 and duly recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County on December
6, 1948, conveying fee simple property located in the Twelfth
Election District of Baltimore County, containing twenty
acres of land, and more particularly described in said Deed;
and also the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
of Maryland to the holding and disposal of said property
by the Most Reverend Francis P. Keough, Roman Catholic
Archbishop of Baltimore for the time being, and his suc-
cessors in the Archiepiscopal See of Baltimore.

9. To the grant and deed executed by Frank M. Dare and
wife to Baltimore Monthly Meeting of Friends, Park Avenue,
dated July 15, 1934 and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5510, folio 196, con-
veying the reversions and annual ground rents of $75.00 and
$60.00 issuing and payable respectively out of properties Nos.
3313 Dupont Avenue and 2028 West Lanvale Street, in Balti-
more City, and more particularly described in said Deed;
and also the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
of Maryland to the holding and disposal of said properties
by the Baltimore Monthly Meeting of Friends, Park Avenue.

10. To the grant and deed executed by Joseph A. Meinl
and Katherine E. Meinl, his wife to The Evangelical Lutheran
Church of the Redeemer of Baltimore City, dated June 30,
1948 and duly recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
