$100. of assessable property in the County to pay said com-
pensation.

(b) If the County Commissioners adopt a Fire Prevention
Code as authorized by Section 2D of Article 25 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), as said section
was enacted by Chapter 38 of the Acts of the Special Session
of 1948, and any amendments thereof, the Fire Marshal shall
be the official to administer and enforce said Code and the
rules and regulations which the said Commissioners may
adopt to make the Fire Prevention Code effective.

SOB. The Fire Marshal and any inspectors which may be
appointed to enforce the Fire Prevention Code and the rules
and regulations adopted pursuant thereto shall have the
power and authority at all reasonable times to enter upon
and into any and all public buildings, stores, warehouses,
factories or any other structures or premises, except private
single family dwellings within the limits of Worcester
County for the purpose of examining and inspecting the
same for the purpose of making effective the provisions of the
Fire Prevention Code and the rules and regulations adopted
under authority of this sub-title or other law.

80C. A printed copy of the rules and regulations adopted
by the County Commissioners of Worcester County under the
authority conferred by Section 2D of Article 25 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement) and any amend-
ments thereof, and by this sub-title, certified by the Clerk to
the County Commissioners that it is a true and correct copy,
may be received as prima facie evidence in any judicial pro-
ceeding.

SOD. The Fire Prevention Code and all rules and regula-
tions adopted by the County Commissioners of Worcester
County pursuant thereto shall apply within the corporate
limits of any municipality in said county which has not
adopted a Fire Prevention Code of its own.

80E. The said County Commissioners, in addition to any
remedies and penalties otherwise prescribed by law, shall
have the right to enforce the Fire Prevention Code and the
rules and regulations adopted under the authority of this
Act and to prevent infractions thereof by an application in
the name of the Fire Marshal to the Circuit Court for Wor-
cester County in Equity for an injunction and a breach or
threatened breach or violation of any provision of the Fire
Prevention Code or of said rules and regulations shall con-
stitute sufficient cause in itself for the issuance of such in-
