that portion of the Potomac Election District lying within
the confines of the Montgomery County Suburban District
as created by Chapter 459 of the Acts of 1931 and the amend-
ments thereof, shall be expended by the County Council in
that area; and the proceeds so received from any business or
activity located in that portion of the Wheaton Election Dis-
trict and the Colesville Election District lying within the con-
fines of the Montgomery County Suburban District as created
by Chapter 459 of the Acts of 1931 and the amendments
thereof, shall be expended by the County Council in that area.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1949.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 95, 96 and 96D of Article 6 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Caroline County", sub-title "Circuit Court"; Sections
116, 117 and 117A of Article 8 of said Code, title "Cecil
County", sub-title "Circuit Court"; Sections 133, 135 and
135A of Article 15 of said Code, title "Kent County", sub-
title "Circuit Court"; Sections 175, 177 and 177A of Article
18 of said Code, title "Queen Anne's County", sub-title
"Circuit Court"; Sections 58, 60 and 60A of Article 21 of
said Code, title "Talbot County", sub-title "Circuit Court",
and to enact in lieu thereof a new section to be known as
Section 95 of Article 6, Section 116 of Article 8, Section
133 of Article 15, Section 175 of Article 18, and Section 58
of Article 21 of said Code, relating to the salary and ex-
penses of the Court Stenographer of the Second Judicial
Circuit.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by tine General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 95, 96 and 96D of Article 6 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caro-
line County", sub-title "Circuit Court"; Sections 116, 117 and
