89B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition and
1947 Supplement), title "State Roads", said new section to
be known as Section 13A, to follow immediately after Section
13 thereof, and to be under the sub-title "Distribution and
Use of Special Funds'', and to read as follows:

13A. In Montgomery County, out of the share of the monies
received by the County under the provisions of Section 13
above or out of the proceeds of any bonds hereafter issued and
serviced by such proceeds, the County Council shall expend
in that portion of the Potomac Election District and the
Bethesda Election District lying within the confines of the
Montgomery County Suburban District as created by Chapter
459 of the Acts of 1931 and the amendments thereof, an
amount determined by the proportion which the total mileage
of county roads in such area bears to the total mileage of the
county roads in the county, and the said County Council shall
expend in that portion of the Wheaton Election District and
the Colesville Election District lying within the confines of
the said Montgomery County Suburban District, an amount
determined by the proportion which the total mileage of
county roads in such area bears to the total mileage of the
county roads in the county.

SEC. 2. And 'be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1949.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 78B of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Racing
Commission", said new section to be known as Section
18A and to follow immediately after Section 18 thereof,
relating to the distribution in Montgomery County of cer-
tain racing revenues paid over to that county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted 'by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
78B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement),
title "Racing Commission", said new section to be known as
Section 18A and to follow immediately after Section 18
thereof, and to read as follows:
