of Cumberland shall be entitled to a vacation of not less
than fifteen days annually.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sub-section (a) of Section 36 (LL) of Article 1A
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "City of Cumberland", sub-title "Police and Fire", said
sub-section having been enacted by Chapter* 572 of the Acts of
1947, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
36 (LL).
(a) Members of the Classified Service of the City of Cum-
berland shall be entitled to a vacation of not less than fifteen
days with pay annually after one year of service.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1949.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-sec-
tion (!)• of Section 21 of Article 99 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Birds, Game and In-
land Water Fish", sub-title "Upland and Migratory Game
Birds and Game Animals", relating to molesting protected
species of fur-bearing animals in their dens.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sub-section (1) of Section 21 of Article 99 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Birds,
Game and Inland Water Fish", sub-title "Upland and Migra-
tory Game Birds and Game Animals", be and it is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
21.
(1) It shall be unlawful to smoke, burn or otherwise molest
any game or protected species of fur-bearing animal in any
den or to damage or destroy the den of any protected game
species or protected species of fur-bearing animal. It shall
be unlawful to injure, take or kill any game or protected
species of fur-bearing animal which has taken refuge in any
den.
