be authenticated by the printed, engraved or lithographed
signature of the Treasurer of said municipal corporation.
Said bonds may be registerable as to principal only under
such terms and conditions as may be determined by The
Town Commissioners of Centreville. Within the limita-
tions hereinbefore set forth, the said The Town Commis-
sioners of Centreville shall determine by ordinance the
rate or rates of interest to be paid on said bonds, the
maturities thereof, the form of the bonds, the medium
of payment, the place or places at which the principal and
interest shall be payable and all other matters or things
as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That The Town Com-
missioners of Centreville shall offer said bonds for sale in
all respects subject to the provisions of Sections 34 to 36,
inclusive, of Article 31 of the Annotated Code of Maryland,
as amended, but shall have the privilege of additional
advertising than that provided for in said sections. No
bid or bids shall be accepted at less than par and accrued
interest. The entire issue of bonds may be offered at one
time, or they may be offered in varying amounts at dif-
ferent intervals, as may appear most advantageous to The
Town Commissioners of Centreville; and no part of the
moneys arising from the sale of said bonds shall be used
for any other purposes than those designated and provided
for in this Act, except that any accrued interest shall be
set aside for the payment of the first maturing coupons,
and that the cost of the engraving or printing of said
bonds, advertising costs, legal fees, and any other expenses
incidental to the issuance and sale of said bonds may be
paid out of said proceeds.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the principal and
interest on said bonds, as they respectively mature and be-
come payable, shall be paid out of the annual gross profits
of the Centreville Electric Plant, but if in any year the
said gross profits shall not be sufficient to pay the principal
and/or interest becoming due and payable on said bonds
in such year, then The Town Commissioners of Centreville
shall levy a special tax on each One Hundred Dollars
($100. 00) of the assessed value of all property, real and
personal, in the corporate limits of said Town of Centre-
ville, subject to taxation, in addition to the other taxes now
authorized to be levied and collected by said municipal cor-
poration, such sum or sums of money as shall be necessary
to pay the annual interest on said bonds, and to pay said
bonds as they respectively mature; said special tax shall
be known as "Centreville Electric Plant Improvement
