of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Harford County",
sub-titles "Aberdeen" and "County Commissioners", said
new sections to follow Sections 16 and 215, of said Article,
to be known as Sections 16A and 215A, and to read as
follows:
16A. The Commissioners shall have the power to enact
ordinances, to license and regulate the construction, opera-
tion and location of trailer and tourist camps within the
limits of said Town.
215A. The Commissioners shall have the power to
license and regulate the construction, operation and loca-
tion of trailer and tourist camps outside the limits of
incorporated towns and cities.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 785.
(Senate Bill 233)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
287 of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1939 Edition) as amended by Chapter 989 of the Acts
of 1943, title "Testamentary Law, " sub-title "Register
of Wills, " to provide for the duties of the Register of
Wills for the several Counties of the State in regard to
their fees and receipts, the manner of payment, the
amount of their salaries, and the payment of any de-
ficiency in said salaries.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 287, Article 93 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition) as amended by Chapter 98'9 of
the Acts of 1943, title "Testamentary Laws, " sub-title
"Register of Wills, " be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted with amendments to read as follows:
287. The Register of Wills of Baltimore City shall be
entitled to receive annually a salary of not less than $3, 600
and more than $7, 500, to be fixed and determined by the
Board of Public Works and the Register shall be entitled
to the salary so fixed and no more.
