title "Baltimore City, " sub-title "Orphans' Court, " in-
creasing the salaries of the judges of the Orphans' Court
of Baltimore City.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 463 of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland and Baltimore City Charter (1938
Edition), title "Baltimore City, " sub-title "Orphans' Court, "
be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:

463. The Judges of the Orphans Court of Baltimore
City shall each receive the sum of eighteen
dollars for every day's attendance upon the sessions of
said Orphans' Court of Baltimore City, to be paid by the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, at the end of each
and every month; and the sessions of said Orphans' Court
of Baltimore City shall continue from 11 A. M. until 3
P. M., if necessary for the transaction of the business of
the Court.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 784.
('Senate Bill 206)

AN ACT to add two new sections to Article 13 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Harford
County", sub-titles "Aberdeen" and "County Commis-
sioners", the first new section to follow Section 16 of said
Article as enacted by Chapter 908 of the Acts of 1943,
and to be known as Section 16A, and the second to follow
Section 215 of said Article 13, title "Harford County",
sub-title "County Commissioners", and to be known as
Section 215A; providing that the Commissioners of
Aberdeen, within the corporate limits of said Town, and
the County Commissioners, within the limits of Harford
County and outside, of the incorporated Towns, shall have
the power to regulate the construction, operation and
location of trailer and tourist camps.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That two new sections be added to Article 13 of the Code
