136. To deed to be executed from the Board of Home
Missions of the Reformed Church of the United States, a
body corporate, duly incorporated under the laws of the
State of Pennsylvania, to the First and St. Stephen's Re-
formed Church of Baltimore, Maryland, conveying Lots
Nos. 1 to 11, inclusive, and the northernmost 10 feet of Lot
No. 12 in Block No. 1, all as shown on plat entitled "Plat
of Stoneleigh," filed among the Land Records of Baltimore
County in Plat Book W. P. C., No. 7, folio 84.

137. To the bequest contained in the Will of Truman H.
Thomas to Christ Church at Chaptico, St. Mary's County,
and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of St.
Mary's County.

138. To the bequest contained in the Will of Feides K,
Amberg to Bahai's Spiritual Assembly of Baltimore, said
Will being recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills
of Baltimore City, Liber J. H. B. No. 207, folio 148.

139. To the bequest contained in the Will of Ellen Talia-
ferro Jenkins to St. Anne's Church, said Will being recorded
in the Office of the Register of Wills of Anne Arundel
County, Liber R. G. P. No. 2, folio 101.

140. To the bequests contained in the Will of Catherine
C. Zink, said Will being recorded in the Office of the Register
of Wills of Baltimore City, in Liber J. H. B. 209, folio 451,
as follows:

(a) W. Paul Smith, Resident Pastor of St. Paul's
Roman Catholic Church;

(b) St. Vincent's Male Orphan Asylum;

(c) St. Francis Convent and Academy of the
Oblate Sisters of Providence;

(d) Jesuit Fund of the Jesuit Fathers of the
Woodstock College of Baltimore County, Maryland;

(e) Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent dePaul;

(f) Little Sisters of the Poor.

141. To a bequest of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)
to the Oheb Shalom Synagogue of Baltimore, Maryland, con-
tained in the Last Will'and Testament and Codicil of Dr.
Lee Cohen, late of Baltimore City, said Will dated May 21,
1943, and Codicil dated August 7, 1943, and recorded
among the records of the Register of Wills for Baltimore
City.
