(a) one-twelfth of her estate to the Lutheran
Inner Mission Society;

(b) one-forty-eighth of her estate to All Saints
Lutheran Church.

130. To deed from Ruth B. Turpin, widow, to The
Apostolic Faith Baptist Church of Baltimore City of the
property known as 224 N. Carey Street, Baltimore, said
deed being recorded in the Land Records of Baltimore City
on March 16, 1945.

131. To the bequest contained in the Will of Mary J.
Woods Dodson to St. Martin's Roman Catholic Church of
Baltimore of the residue and remainder of her estate, said
Will being recorded in the office of the Register of Wills
of Baltimore City, Liber J. H. B. 208, folio 414.

132. To the bequest contained in the Will of Maria Caro-
line Franklin of her interest in property known as 67 Frank-
lin Street to the Vestry of St. Anne's Parish, Anne Arundel
County, said Will being recorded in Liber R. G. P. No. 1,
folio 470.

133. To Deed from Anne Wortley Sawtelle and Ralph
Stewart Wortley to the Vestry of St. Anne's Parish of one-
half interest in the property known as 67 Franklin Street,
Annapolis, said deed being recorded in Liber J. H. H. 307,
folio 135.

134. To the bequests contained in the Will of Martha
Hubbard recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of
Talbot County in Liber No. 26, folio 3, as follows:

(a) To Strawbridge Home for Boys, Incorpo-
rated, of Sykesville, Maryland, $5,000.00;

(b) The Asbury Theological Seminary, a body
corporate, of Wilmore, Kentucky, $2,500.00;

(c) To Home for Aged Women of Talbot and
Caroline Counties, a body corporate of the State of Mary-
land, $2,500.00;

(d) To Children's Home of the Eastern Shore of
Maryland at Easton, Maryland, $2,500.00;

(e) To Emergency Hospital of Easton, Mary-
land, a body corporate of the State of Maryland, $2,500.00.

135. To the bequest of $500.00 contained in the Will of
Annie L. Nicols to the Calvary Methodist Protestant Church,
said Will being recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills of Talbot County in Liber J. L. S. No. 26, folio 158.
