142. To a bequest of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00)
to the Vestry of St. George's Parish, at Ferryman, Harford
County, Maryland, contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Dr. S. Griffith Davis, dated December 24th, 1941,
and recorded among the records of the Register of Wills
for Baltimore City in Liber J. H. B. No. 208, folio —, etc.

143. To a contingent gift in the remainder of the estate
to the Church Home and Infirmary of Baltimore City, con-
tained in the Last Will and Testament and Codicils of Grace
Howard Munnikhuysen Gilpin, Deceased, late of Baltimore
City, and recorded among the records of the Register of
Wills for Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B. 211, folio
230, etc.

144. To a bequest of one-sixth (l/6th) of the rest and
residue of the decedent's estate to St. John's Protestant
Episcopal Church, located on York Road, Waverly, Balti-
more, contained in the Last Will and Testament of Lillian
M. Hall, late of Baltimore City, dated April 4th, 1942, and
recorded among the records of the Register of Wills for
Baltimore City.

145. To a bequest of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) to
the United Hebrew Charities of Baltimore, Maryland, con-
tained in the Last Will and Testament of Bernard A. Heller,
late of Baltimore City, dated December 13th, 1921, and re-
corded among the records of the Register of Wills for Balti-
more City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 212, folio 304.

146. To the following bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament and Codicils of J. C. M. Lucas, late of
Baltimore City, said -Will dated March 27, 1939, and Codi-
cils dated September 19, 1940, and November 19, 1942,
and recorded among the records of the Register of Wills
for Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 211, folio 223:

(a) To St. David's Protestant Episcopal Church,
$2,000.00.

(b) To Children's Fresh Air Society of Balti-
more City, Inc., 20% of residue.

(c) To Harriet Lane Home for Invalid Children
of Baltimore City, The Children's Hospital School, and the
Happy Hills Convalescent Home for Children, Inc.—each a
one-third (l/3rd) contingent remainder interest in a trust
fund of 55% of the residuary estate.

147. To a bequest of five per cent (5%) of the residue
of the estate to the Oheb Shalom Congregation, contained in
the Last Will and Testament and Codicils of Abraham Men-
