the annual support and maintenance of the said church
property; it being understood, however, that no part of the
said income shall be used for the payment of any bills or
expenses which accrued prior to the time this provision
becomes effective.
Said Will further providing that at the death of said
Trustee, Oliver S. Mullikin, the trust shall cease and the
entire estate in the hands of said Trustee at the time of his
death shall vest absolutely and in fee-simple in the Metho-
dist Episcopal Church of Sardis Chapel, St. Michaels, Tal-
bot County, Maryland (now Sardis Methodist Church, of
St. Michaels.)
53. To the deed from Mary L. Carr, unmarried, to
Charles Werner and William Allan Wilbur, Trustees of Co-
lumbia Association of Baptist Churches, dated May 20,
1927, and recorded June 1, 1927, among the Land Records
of Prince George's County, in Liber 292, at folio 256, con-
veying Lots 8 and 19, in Block 14, Johnson and Curriden's
Subdivision of College Park, as per plat recorded among
the Land Records of said County in Liber J. W. B., No. 5,
at folio 479.
54. To the bequest by Charles L. Dodd to Christ Metho-
dist Protestant Church, of Chestertown, Maryland, the sum
of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars, Will being recorded
in Register of Wills office of Kent County, in F. W. S. No.
1, Folio 288.
55. To the bequest contained in the last Will and Testa-
ment of Jennie McGill, late of Talbot County, Maryland,
duly recorded in the Will Records of Talbot County in
Liber J. L. S., No. 26, Folio 23, namely:
To the Trustees 6f the Methodist Episcopal Church at
Cordova, Maryland, the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)
Dollars.
56. To deed dated July 28, 1944, from Lillian A. Kelly
to the Maryland Baptist Union Association, a body corpor-
ate, conveying the parcel of land described in said deed, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in
Liber R. J. S. No. 1358, folio 3.
57. To the devise to The Baptist Home of Maryland, In-
corporated, a body corporate, contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Louisa F. Aull, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for
said City, in Wills J. H. B. No. 205, folio 394.
