(g) $500.00 to the Tressler Orphans Home of
the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the General Synod in
the United States of America, Loysville, Pennsylvania.
49. To devise and bequest under the Last Will and
Testament of Elizabeth V. Denby, late of Baltimore City,
of her residuary estate to St. Mark's English Lutheran
Church, located at St. Paul and Twentieth Streets, Balti-
more, Maryland, and The National Lutheran Home for the
Aged located at Washington, D. C.
50. To bequest under the Last Will and Testament of
Ephraim Macht, late of Baltimore City, of $1,000.00 to
Chizuk Amuno Congregation.
51. To the bequest of one-tenth of the residue of his
Estate to Sardis Methodist Church, St. Michaels, Maryland,
contained in the Last Will and Testament of Charles Gibson
Ford dated June 4, 1943, duly admitted to probate by the
Orphans' Court for Talbot County on October 26, 1943, and
now of record among the Will Record Books of Talbot
County in Liber J. L. S. No. 26, folio 55.
52. To the bequest of all the rest and residue of his Es-
tate unto Oliver S. Mullikin in special trust and confidence,
however, for the purposes set forth therein, as contained
in the Last Will and Testament of O. Harper Benson, de-
ceased, dated August 18, 1943, and duly admitted to probate
by the Orphans' Court for Talbot County on September 14,
1943, and now of record among the Will Record Books of
Talbot County in Liber J. L. S. No. 26, folio 41; the income
from said trust estate to be paid:
(a) To the Trustees of the Union Methodist
Episcopal Church of St. Michaels, Maryland, the sum of
$5.00 annually, the same to be used only for the support of
the Pastor of said Church.
(b) The balance and remainder of the income
to be paid annually to the Methodist Episcopal Church of
Sardis Chapel, St. Michaels, Talbot County, Maryland ,(now
Sardis Methodist Church of St. Michaels); one-half of said
income to be used by the Board of Stewards of said Church
and the other half to be used by the Board of Trustees of
said Church, as follows:
Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars to be paid toward the an-
nual upkeep of the pipe organ, and Seventy-five ($75.00)
Dollars annually to be placed in the Savings Department of
a bank as a fund to meet emergency repairs of said organ;
the balance of the Trustees' half of the income to be used for
