58. To deed dated February 1, 1930, from the Baltimore
Baptist Church Extension Society to The Trustees of the
First Baptist Church of Brooklyn, Baltimore City, a body
corporate, conveying the parcel of land described in said
deed and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5090, folio 123.

59. To a deed dated February 1, 1930, from James W.
Ford and wife to The Trustees of the First Baptist Church
of Brooklyn, Baltimore City, a body corporate, conveying
the parcel of land described in said deed and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C.
L. No. 5090, folio 124.

60. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and Tes-
tament of Rheta Ferguson Brune, deceased, late of Balti-
more County, recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills
of Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 206, Folio 416,
to the following, namely:

(a) Vestry of Mount Calvary Church, Baltimore,
Maryland;

(b) Order of the Holy Cross, West Park, New
York.

61. To following bequests contained in Will of Mrs.
Martha J. Tuthill, recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills of Talbot County, in Liber J. L. S., No. 26, folio 18.

(a) $2,000 to Ebenezer Methodist Church of
Easton;

(b) $2,000 to Ladies' Aid Society of Ebenezer
Methodist Church.

62. To bequest of $5,000 to Ebenezer Methodist Church
of Easton contained in Will of Mrs. Martha Hubbard, re-
corded in office of Register of Wills of Talbot County in
Liber J. L. S. No. 26, folio 3.

63. To deed by Henry P. Schwing and Mary R. Schwing,
his wife, to Baltimore Monthly Meeting of Friends, Home-
wood, dated October 13, 1943, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6516, Folio
239, on October 15, 1943, conveying the fee simple interest
in property No. 721 St. John's Road, Baltimore, Maryland.

64. To bequest of $200.00 to Lutheran Cemetery at
Uniontown, Md., contained in the Will of Laura B. Eckard,
probated on February 8, 1943, and recorded in Liber H. G.
B. No. 15, folio 367, in the Office of Register of Wills for
Carroll County.
