43. To the deed from Harry M. Blinn and wife to Beth-
lehem Evangelical Lutheran Church of the City of Balti-
more, dated July 2, 1943, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6481,
folio 9 &c.

44. To deed from Bertha Peltz Jenkins to Bethlehem
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City, dated July
28, 1943, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6484, folio 357.

45. To deed from Emma W. Momberger to The German
Evangelical Lutheran Immanuel Congregation U. A. C. of
Baltimore, Maryland, dated December 19, 1938, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
M. L. P. No. 6463, folio 159 &c.

46. To legacy under the Last Will and Testament of Dr.
S. Griffith Davis, late of Baltimore City (which will is
recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore
City in Wills Liber J, H. B. No. 208, folio 330) of $5,000.00
to the Vestry of St. George's Parish at Ferryman, Harford
County, Maryland.

47. To legacy under the last Will and Testament of Carl
W. Prior, late of Baltimore County (which Will is recorded
in the Office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore County
in Wills Liber J. P. C. No. 38, folio 138) of $100.00 to
Trustees of the Zion Church of the City of Baltimore.

48. To the following legacies under the First Codicil to
the Last Will and Testament of Pearre E. Growl, late of
Baltimore City (which Will and Codicil were admitted to
probate by the Orphans Court of Baltimore City on Febru-
ary 5, 1945) viz:

(a) $2,000.00 to The First English Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Baltimore;

(b) $2,000.00 to the Board of Deaconess Work
of the United Lutheran Church in America;

(c) $500.00 to the Salem Hebrew Lutheran Mis-
sion, Inc., of Baltimore;

(d) $500.00 to the Board of Ministerial Pensions
and Relief of the United Lutheran Church in America;

(e) $500.00 to the Lutheran Inner Mission
Society of Baltimore;

(f) $500.00 to the National Lutheran Home for
the Aged, of Washington, D. C.;
